Keifas’s Background…..
His full name was Kan Keifas Ben Feas Ben Benjamin Ha-Kohen. His father was a Jewish Priest (Ha-Kohen) who devoted himself to the Great Temple of Solomon in Berlin. His grandfather Benjamin was also a Jewish Priest, who used to be in charge in the Great Temple of Netanyahu in Jerusalem. In short, he came from priestly background that so pious to Almighty Yahweh. He was born in early1800 in Berlin, Germany, the place where so many Jews from the Holy Land approached to feed life. The lives of many Jews became ‘resplendent’ as they conquered the economy and trading nationwide. Kan Fas was in short born where the Jews reached their excellence in Germany and so many countries in Europe before the holocaust (ethnic cleansing).

His Extraordinariness
When her mom was conceiving him, she prayed to God that she wanted the child she conceived was a truth-bearing, sin-breaker, and devil-shaking person. In addition, being a very smart one as her great-grandfather Prophet Elijah (pbuh) – the most extraordinary person among Israelites.The first point of the extraordinary was clearly detected when he at three could memorise the Torah in only one week, none had achieved as so that amazing. After completing his age of five, he was so expert in Jewish Jurisprudence, the Religious Matters and the Commandments. He was then enrolled in the primary school in Berlin. However, he was expelled out owing to his strange ability that overpassed the ability of teachers there. He was then at rest of study, until he was at fifteen; he was offered to take degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in National University of Germany. There was so surprising when he was the only one who could complete MBBS in one year. His strange ability did not stop there; he furthered his study in Medical Specialist in Russia for only five months. He was declared and certified as the Medical Specialist in All Medical Concepts when he was eighteen years old. At nineteen, he was seating the High Board of Medical Officers in Germany as the call ‘King of Medicine’.

Cheerful Marriage
The Almighty set up a plan that no one might fall to coincidentally know. A Jewish Israelite Kan Fas, no-one expected, had married non-Jewish girl. The romantic story began when he came to Jerusalem to pilgrim the Holy Wailing Wall. After completing his prayer, he went out and rested under an olive tree. Suddenly a young Arab girl approached and scolded him “Thou know not yon thou cameth unto mine tree?” Kan Fas just got stabbed by the sharp voice that he could’ve never heard before. (According to Pope John Paul, The Hebrews are polite, non-angry-at-all, and very kind. However, they are so stubborn. The Arabs are impolite, very sharp tempered, stubborn but so kind). He was shocked because someone was scolding him, not man but a woman.He just listened to and looked sharply at the eyes of that Arab girl. He in a sudden uttered, “I like thee… would thou marry me?” the Arab girl got baffled. She was an orphan who lived alone in Jerusalem. No more saying, she did not know how to speak. He got her hand and brought her to the Mosque of Al-Quds (al-Aqsa). Everything happened in a trice.

Protest against this couple
After two days they got married, Kan Fas deliberately converted to Islam. He who was so fluent in Arabic had no problem at all to equilibrate himself with the Arab tradition. Of course, he felt ‘gawky’ as he was so polite but lived surrounded by ‘harsh’ members. He then brought his wife back to Berlin. His parents did not disagree with the marriage. However, they protested his conversion to Islam. They wanted Kan Fas converted back to be Jewish. As the Hebrew was so stubborn, he refused to re-convert. Besides, he started to memorise Quran. Only in one month, he memorized all Quranic verses. As the protest against him became so blazing, he and her wife immigrated to Mecca, the Muslim Holy Land. There he devoted himself to religion, learnt more Islamic teachings. He left his high and honorable position for the sake of God, to the truthful way.

Got a son and passed away
After two years his marriage went by, his invaluable love led that happy couple to have a son. At that time, he was so expert and knowledgeable in Islamic Jurisprudence. He was s prominent Muslim Scholar in Mecca in Hanbalite Sect. He was also one of the greatest Imams in the Al-Haram Mosque. He, however, died because of lung cancer at the time he was leading to Fajr Prayer. His son, Ismail, who was still in peddle when he passed away.Keifas’s piety was so-called inherited by his son, Ismail. Ismail or Ishmael was nurtured with Islamic teachings. He was a well-known Muslim Scholar and preacher, who came to Peninsular Malaysia.
